Excellent experience from start to finish. Salesman and GM were both wonderful to deal with and the office staff always friendly on the phone. The window crew were amazingly hard workers that had a eye for details. The siding crew also hard workers with a equal eye for their job. Beautiful product expertly installed.
Horrible company!!!! They hung up on me when I said I would be paying cash for 10 windows to be put in! They wouldn't even come out to give a quote! One star only because I can't give 0!
Originally slow to come to Tennessee but today March 25 representatives/Service personnel arrived 9:25 a.m. to replace soiled inside panes on top & bottom sash at time promised. Also they addressed a minor problem with a screen. The Windows add curb appeal to house and improve noise reduction & enhance home insulation for managing optimal inside temperatutes.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with this company and it's product.
